Shipping and Deliveries

 

We do not have a physical store so you cannot come to pick up your order.

We do home delivery.

 

 We currently ship to Spain

*The cost of all shipments to addresses on the peninsula is 5,99€ .

*The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is 9.99€.

Terms

 

Those orders that are placed before 2:00 p.m. of each working day (Monday to Friday, not holidays) and are paid instantly through our credit card payment platform, Paypal, will leave our warehouse that same day and will be delivered in 24 working hours (until 8:00 p.m. on the next working day) and anywhere on the peninsula. In the case of the Balearic Islands, the delivery time may be extended to 48-72 hours.

 

In the event that you are from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, your order will leave our warehouse within 24-72 working hours from when you place your order.

 

If you choose bank transfer as a payment method, we will begin to prepare your order the moment we receive the transfer. If that happens before 5:30 p.m. on a day, your order will go out that same day. We recommend you to send us proof of having made the deposit or transfer, that way we can speed up the preparation of your order.

 

If you are absent in the first two deliveries, you can request a third at an additional cost of  € 3.99 for the carrier, which will be at the customer cost.

 

In the event of an incorrect address or a change in the shipping address once the order has already left our facilities, this will have an associated cost from the transport company. We will contact you to indicate the cost of these procedures. If you do not want to assume this cost and want to return the order, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order, discounting the shipping costs initially paid as well as the costs of returning the order to our facilities.

 

With the order confirmation, you will receive an email indicating the delivery note number, the delivery agency's telephone number and even a tracking number, with which you will be able to know in what situation it is at all times.

In addition, if an incident occurs, you will be notified so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for delays in deliveries attributable to the courier company or the Post Office, nor for possible losses caused by the latter.

 

Any expense in relation to customs fees that originate in orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will always be borne by the customer, and the customer runs the risk when placing the order that the customs authorities may stop and examine the shipment.

 

 

Return of orders

 

To request a return, you must write to us at info@dehasami.com indicating which item you want to return and the reason for the return. We will study the case, accept the return without problems and send you instructions on how to proceed.

 

In case you want to make a refund, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, in its original packaging and with its label. Keep in mind that in order for us to accept a return, we must be able to put the product you return up for sale, for this reason you must send it in perfect condition, just as you received it. We will not accept in any case the return of an article that has been opened, tested or that has a broken or cracked seal. You must send us the product perfectly packed to ensure as much as possible that we will receive it in perfect condition.

 

We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the return, or the risks of transport. Once we receive it, we will examine it and inform you if you have the right to a refund of the amount of the item, which we will do by the same method that you made the payment: on the credit card with which you made the payment, or on the checking account from which you made the transfer. In the event that you have made a deposit to our account in cash, you must indicate a checking account in which you want us to make a refund.

 

You will have to send the item back to us as soon as possible, and we promise to refund the amount once we have notified you that we accept said return within a period of 7 business days.

 

We will not be able to assume in any case the return of an item that is not in the same conditions in which you received it, or that has been used. Nor can we assume the return or non-acceptance of an order as long as all the conditions specified here have been met. In the event that you do not accept an order, having made the delivery or the first attempt within the stipulated period, and the box and the items are found in good condition, we will refund the amount of the order less the full transport costs of Round trip according to the transport company charges us for the service, we will attach proof of the expense.

 

We do not change one product for another in any case. You have to make a return, and in the case of wanting another product, place a new order.

Problems with the order:

 

If upon receiving your order the products are damaged or do not correspond to what you have bought, we will proceed to refund the amount if they are damaged and if they are not in stock we will assume the shipping costs again.

You have 24 hours after receiving your order to inform us of any incident to the email info@dehasami.com. If it is damaged, we need photographs so that we can claim the transport company or manufacturer.

 

What to do if the package arrives in bad condition?

 

In that case, do not accept the order and write down the problem on the carrier's delivery note.
